The prices are high and the renovations have made navigating the store difficult. They used to be a real family-friendly business that made you feel like they cared about their customers. No more. Most of the products I purchased for my elderly parents (low sugar and low sodium items) have disappeared. The baggers are poorly trained, so now suffer from crushed items, presumably because they are fitting more items into fewer, smaller bags. Shopping carts are all over the parking lot. But it is still a better choice over Stop & Shop. However, I do go to Wegmans more now, because of the prices. Roche Bros. simply doesn't care about the customers anymore. They only care about the bottom line. They have gone from superior to average. It's sad since I prefer to support local business.
